generations of children face the curse alone afraid
young spirits have no room to grow alive
and in the end most wither away and die
the strong can survive but live tortured by corpses

angel paints sorrows of the deprivation of the human spirit
for the angel knows cosmic great glorious bliss can be
but only for a spirit strong enough to stand on its own feet
wise enough to know good and live free and choose to love

love unearths magic for the desperate fierce rebel goddess
